April 28, 2008 - The 2008 USA Cycling National Racing Calendar (NRC) continued with both the men's and women's circuit races at the Sea Otter Classic in Monterey, Calif. on April 19. In the latest event on the premier, season-long calendar, Michael Grabinger Jr. (Ventura, Calif.) won the men's pro circuit race at the Laguna Seca International Raceway, while Australian teenager Tiffany Cromwell surprised the field by winning the women's race. With six men's races and five women's events on the 2008 NRC now complete, Santiago Botero (COL) leads the overall individual standings on the men's side while Alex Wrubleski (CAN) is the current women's leader. The current teams atop the standings include Rock Racing in the men's rankings and High Road in the women's . The latest version of the USA Cycling NRC standings is as follows:
